Pain has a purpose.  Pain is a message your body is sending you telling you that something is wrong or out of balance, that something needs to change. 



Pain can protect us from doing further damage to our body, but we need to listen to those
signals.  I’ve spent the last 13 years teaching my clients how to interpret and understand these signals – and how to take advantage of the amazing healing powers of the human body!  My system, Pain Free Forever, is a holistic, proactive and highly effective approach to recovery and injury prevention that incorporates results-based techniques in the areas of corrective exercise and flexibility, Metabolic Typing (customized nutrition) and meditation.  I know what its like to be in pain -- I suffered from chronic shoulder pain for years.  Therapy wasn’t helping, but when my doctor wanted to put me on medication, I decided that I needed to invest in a plan that worked, minus the drugs!  I’m proud (and relieved) to say that I’ve found an approach that worked for me as well as for many of my clients.  Allow me to share the truth about living pain free with you.

What Doctors and Physical Therapists Don’t Tell You…

We need to address the causes of our problems, not the symptoms.

We live in a quick-fix world and the initial thought is too often, "Give me pill. Make it go away!"  But medication only addresses your symptoms, short-term, and most physical therapists aren’t trained to see the whole picture:  nutritional, mental, and environmental factors. They do not address the cause of our pain. Many people wonder why their pain returns, or never really resolves. It is because they have not invested in a qualified professional to study their specific situation.   Its not that healthcare professionals are keeping “a big secret” from you, it’s that they simply are not trained to effectively address your core problems and implement a safe and effective plan of action that gets you closer to your ultimate goal – living pain free!

1.  Muscle Imbalances – Have you ever heard the saying, “You are only as strong as your weakest link”?  Well, that’s a good point to remember when identifying the cause of our pain.  Although pain may be felt in one specific area -- our lower back for example -- the actual cause of the problem is seldom in the lower back alone.  To maximize our ability to perform and recover, we must first identify the true root of our physical imbalance and then work toward total body alignment and symmetry.

Action Plan – As both a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), I utilize advanced techniques to optimally align your body.  This promotes greater ease and range of motion and significantly faster recovery time.  This is your 1st step toward living pain free.

2.  Metabolic Imbalances – I have trained literally hundreds of athletes and pain sufferers and most of them, along with physical misalignment, are eating their way into their injuries. If our body chemistry if out of balance so is our ability to recover.  Many foods or more specifically food additives (dyes and harmful pesticides) get in the way of our body’s amazing healing abilities.  For example, did you know that elevated levels of Omega-6 fatty acids relative to your Omega-3 levels can lead to chronic inflammation?  Most people don’t.  That’s why it is imperative to invest in the help and guidance of a qualified professional – one who specializes in both corrective exercise and holistic nutrition.

This initial in-person consultation lasts 90 minutes and consists of discussing your personalized success plan, assessing your fitness level and current limitations, a comprehensive kinetic chain assessment (muscle imbalances), and a thorough nutritional assessment (metabolic imbalances).  I can promise that you will leave this session much more informed, educated, and empowered -- and you will have taken the first step toward living pain free.


Your personalized exercise / flexibility / nutritional / mental wellness sessions are set up for an hour. Each session will be customized based upon your abilities and your goals. Sessions are progressive to keep your body steadily improving and steer you clear of plateaus, bringing you to a high level of health and performance.
